Instructions: 

1. If you do not see an option to search for your organization by name, please click "Submit"

2. There should be a search box that appears, asking you to search for your organization by either using:

• Legally registered organization name (note: using partial names may yield more results)
• Organization's EIN or Employee Identification Number distributed through the IRS (note: Schools/ESDs/and School Districts cannot use their EIN; you must use your name or UEI)
• Organization's UEI or Unique Entity Identifier distributed through SAM.gov 

3. Complete the Eligibility Quiz that appears (note: if you mistakenly filled the eligibility form inaccurately, resulting in a false ineligibility status, close your browser and restart your application process)

4. Begin and save drafts of your application often
